QVS Tech Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of the HCMOS output in our QCT40 Series TCXO which is our 5x3.2mm SMD ceramic package. This latest industry standard TCXO package was previously offered with Clipped Sinewave output only. It is now available in a CMOS output, with stabilities to +/-1.5ppm, and operating temp ranges from -40~+85 C. The miniature package size and light weight make this TCXO ideal for hand-held devices, medical equipment, PDAs, and other wireless devices.
